All bookings must be made online through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Payments are processed securely via Square. By completing a booking you agree to these terms and conditions.
Bookings are non-refundable. If you notify us at least 48 hours before your session, we will happily transfer your booking to another available session (subject to availability). Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, cannot be transferred or refunded.
Parents/carers are required to remain on-site and actively supervise their child(ren) for the entire duration of the session. Messy Minis staff facilitate the play experience but are not responsible for the care or supervision of children. By attending, you accept full responsibility for your child(ren)'s behaviour and wellbeing during the session.
Sensory and messy play involves contact with a range of materials including (but not limited to) paint, food-based substances, water, sand, mud, slime and craft supplies. By booking and attending a session, you acknowledge and accept the following:
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs prior to your session via the booking form. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Common materials used may include wheat, dairy, eggs, food colouring, essential oils and natural botanicals.
We may photograph or video sessions for use on our website, social media and promotional materials. If you do not consent to your child appearing in photos/videos, you must indicate this on the booking form. Photographs will not include children's names or identifying information unless explicit written consent is given. You are welcome to photograph your own child but please respect the privacy of other families and do not share identifiable images of other children without their permission.
Some sessions may be held outdoors. In the event of unsafe weather conditions (storms, extreme heat, etc.) we reserve the right to relocate, modify or cancel a session. If cancellation is necessary, you will be offered a transfer to an alternative date or a credit. You will be notified as early as possible via email and/or social media.
Sessions start at the scheduled time. If you arrive late you are welcome to join in; however the session will still end at the scheduled time. No extension or refund will be given for late arrival.
Personal information collected during booking is used solely for managing your session, communicating with you, and improving our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process payments (via Square) or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
